Learn how to cook Indian food from an award-winning celebrity chef in India -- Chef Nimish Bhatia, known to be one of India's "25 Biggest Chefs". He has 27 years of experience in the food industry, and has created successful restaurant brands for five-star properties here and abroad.

His restaurant, Nimisserie, has been awarded by the Luxury Travel Guide Award in United Kingdom as one of the best fine dining restaurants in India.

Chef Nimish will do a hands-on cooking workshop on the preparation of nine (9) all-time favourite Indian dishes. After the two-hour workshop, lunch will be served.
